We were delighted with the appearance and quality of the dram glasses we purchased. The clan image itself was engraved clearly and perfectly on the glass. No flaws anwhere on the glass itself or the engraved portion.
We were completely satisfied (in fact delighted!) with the quality of the product itself . No surprises, it was exactly as we expected it to be. Customer service was excellent. this is a family business with at least two stores. We emailed a few times with questions and always received prompt, efficient replies. These people care about their customers' complete satisfaction. They went the extra mile to ship product to us as quickly as possible. In fact we ordered over the number of units available, so they shipped as many as possible first, then followed up withthe balance of shipment when they came available at no extra cost to us.
